CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 24hrs in advance will be charged 50 percent of your appointment total. This will have to be paid before future appointments can be made. If there is a 50 percent deposit on your appointment already then the deposit will be kept :) Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 4 hrs in advance will be charged 100 percent of the appointment total. This also applies to any clients who no show their appointment. This fee will have to be paid before any future appointments can be made :) There will be some factors that are an exception to this policy, such as bad weather conditions.
